GENEO RAU-FIPRO X: The window system for more size, security and comfort. GENEO windows not only impress with their excellent thermal insulation but also with their coordinated overall package: Instead of steel, the interior of GENEO is made of the fiber composite material RAU-FIPRO – it makes the window extremely light and particularly stable. This ensures excellent thermal insulation and properties that no other system can offer.
Designed for airplanes, perfect for your windows
REHAU revolutionized the window market in 2008 with RAU-FIPRO. The principle of fiber-reinforced composite materials, previously known primarily from racing or aircraft construction, was used for the first time in windows. RAU-FIPRO combined the best properties from the worlds of plastic and fiberglass to create a new material.
A lot has changed since then: from new architectural styles to individual requirements for window design and functions to the desire for more sustainability.
But REHAU wouldn’t be REHAU if we didn’t constantly work to create windows that are as modern as your life. For our new high-performance material RAU-FIPRO X, we have increased the glass fiber content by over 50%. The new generation of fully reinforced, fiber-reinforced wing profiles expands the well-known advantages of RAU-FIPRO by the X factor.
The economically best design solution
RAU-FIPRO X enables window sizes that were previously reserved for aluminum. And with the facing shell, the windows can also impress with their high-quality aluminum look. In addition to the facing shell, laminations in elegant metallic decors as well as paint finishes for structured and shiny surfaces are available.

The stabilizing glass fiber components in the sash profiles support heavy sound insulation and safety glazing with ease and at the same time enable particularly high energy efficiency.
Excellent thermal insulation
90% of all frames made from RAU-FIPRO And in conjunction with triple insulating glazing, they achieve exemplary U w values of up to 0.60 W/m²K and thus enable up to 76% energy savings*. Large glass surfaces also ensure solar energy gains.
Premium sound insulation
Noise makes you sick, even if you no longer consciously notice it. Windows made from RAU-FIPRO X improve the quality of life because they reduce sound by up to 48 decibels. This corresponds to a noise reduction of up to 26 times.

Easy handling
The low weight of the profiles made from RAU-FIPRO X makes handling easier, even with large and heavy sashes. A new seal geometry also reduces the closing pressure and ensures feather-light opening and closing.
