The correct operation
For comfort and safety in everyday life

Your safety is very important to us. Therefore, please note the following operating instructions.
- Avoid entrapment
There is a risk of getting trapped in the opening gap between the window sash and the frame.

Window
If the window is open, injuries from gusts of wind cannot be ruled out. Lock your windows when exposed to wind. This also protects the window from damage.

Sliding doors
With large elements such as a lift-and-slide door, heavy weights can be moved without much effort. This can result in serious bruising if there is sufficient momentum. Please close the door slowly and carefully.
- Prevent falls
Especially in households with children, make sure that windows are never left open unattended.
- Eliminate stress
Please do not use the window sash as a coat rack or replacement for a stepladder.
- How to operate your window correctly:
- Incorrect operation - what to do?
If the window handle is brought into the tilt position when the window is already open, the sash will release from its locking position. Please proceed as follows:
- Leave the window handle in the tilt position.
- Press the sash completely onto the frame.
- Press the sash lifter (lever on the handle side) onto the sash and turn the handle 90 degrees
- Rotate the handle down another 90° to the locking position
- You can now operate the window normally again.
